What’s new in Street.co.uk? Development Update: July 2025

Product Marketing Manager

This July, Street.co.uk became even more powerful with a whole host of new updates designed to save time, reduce admin, and help you deliver an even better service. From AI that builds your listings in seconds, to smarter client communication, landlord accounting, and more, this month’s updates give you the tools to streamline every step of your sales and lettings workflow. Here’s what’s new…

Sales & Lettings.

AI listing magic: From floor plan to full listing.
Upload your photos and floor plan, and let AI Onboarding do the rest. It identifies rooms and measurements, highlights key features from images, and writes your listing description in your agency’s tone of voice, auto-filled and ready to go live. This isn’t just a time-saver. It’s a whole new way to build listings that sell.

Keep conversations and deals in motion.
Client communication just got a serious upgrade. Two-Way Email brings every client email thread into Street.co.uk, so you can read, reply, and track the full conversation without leaving your CRM, ensuring smoother handovers, no missed messages, and faster responses.

More relevant questions, better insights.

You can now create separate sales and landlord versions of the Property Information Questionnaire, so you’re always asking the right questions, to the right people. Plus, new follow-up logic means you can dig deeper based on their responses, capturing more detailed information when you need it.

Qualify applicants before the viewing.
Custom pre-viewing questionnaires help you take control of the applicant journey. Create as many tailored forms as you want, for short-term lets, high-value listings, or anything in between, and get the right answers before anyone sets foot through the door.

Effortless landlord accounting with automated portfolio statements.

Keep your landlords fully informed with automated portfolio statements and provide a clear, consolidated view of their finances and key property management activity whilst reducing team admin.

Smarter mileage tracking for remote and hybrid agents.
Working from home or always on the move? The Agent App now supports flexible start and end points, no office required. Track mileage accurately with less admin, wherever your day begins.

Use your photos and floorplans when, and wherever you want.
Photos and floorplans can now be accessed through the Open API, giving you and your developers full flexibility to use them wherever needed, from complex brochure builds to custom websites.

Stay on top of maintenance timelines.

Edit the estimated completion times on maintenance jobs, helping you better reflect real-world timelines and improving communication with landlords and tenants while keeping your maintenance pipeline up to date.

Other Key Updates.

Stay in control of your pipeline with improved Sales Progression.
You’ll now be prompted to enter an exchange date when completing a sale, helping you maintain accurate records and a clear view of your sales pipeline at all times.

Update key milestones on completed sales with ease.
Need to tweak a completion or exchange date? You can now edit them on previously completed sales in just a click with no hassle or workarounds.

Keep conversations clear with collapsible activity threads.
Following back-and-forth messages in the activity stream is now easier than ever, thanks to new collapsible threads that reduce clutter and help you focus on what matters.

Make it easier for clients to stay in touch.
You can now include the visiting agent’s phone number in appointment communications so clients always know who to contact ahead of a viewing or valuation.

Spectre integration, refreshed.
We’ve updated the Spectre integration card with the latest branding, ensuring your interface stays modern, consistent, and aligned with the tools you rely on.

Simplified payment reconciliation.
Reconcile multiple transactions against a single bulk payment, perfect for managing rent collections, contractor invoices, or portfolio income whilst helping your Client Accounting team work faster and more accurately.

Instantly update charges on client account ledgers.

Amend charges directly within the ledger, with all changes reflected immediately. This added flexibility gives greater control over financial records, improves accuracy, and significantly reduces time spent on manual corrections.

Improved branch and fund management.

Quickly filter the ‘Allocate Funds’ page by branch to gain clearer financial visibility across multi-branch operations, making it easier for teams to track and allocate funds accurately, streamlining client accounting at scale.

And that’s a wrap on our key updates for July.
