The Property Franchise Group (TPFG), one of the UK’s largest multi-brand lettings and estate agency franchising groups, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Street.co.uk, the UK’s fastest-growing estate agency platform, to implement the innovative CRM system across all Newton Fallowell offices.

The transition marks a significant technological upgrade for the Newton Fallowell network, with all offices set to move onto Street.co.uk for both sales and lettings. The set-up phase is already underway, with dedicated teams from TPFG and Street.co.uk collaborating closely. The first Newton Fallowell office is expected to go live early next year, with full network migration targeted for completion by the end of Q1.

Street.co.uk provides estate agents with a fully comprehensive, end-to-end platform that encompasses sales, lettings, property management, and client accounting. Built from the ground up over the past six years, it has rapidly become a market leader due to its powerful capability and user-friendly interface.
