This June, we introduced a whole host of new updates to help you work more efficiently and streamline your workflows. From auto-confirmed viewings for pre-qualified clients to an industry-first partnership, and even streamlined sales progression, we’ve released a wide range of updates all designed to improve your Street.co.uk experience.‍ Here’s everything that’s new…

Pre-qualify applicants before they book online.

Our new Pre-viewing Qualification feature fills your diary with quality applicants only. Set your own questions, and we’ll auto-confirm viewings for those who meet your criteria, no extra admin required.


Exclusive planning insight for stronger valuations.

Thanks to an industry-first partnership with Planda, Street.co.uk now includes property planning prediction reports. Instantly see likely planning outcomes and uncover hidden development potential, giving you a sharper edge in valuations and winning instructions.

Sales progression handover made easy.

The Sales Progression Handover feature is now live for all agents, making it easier to notify your progressor when a buyer is ready. With one click, send a clear summary of verified buyer details straight to your sales progressor.

Branch branding on consumer emails.

Your branch branding is now applied to all consumer emails as a standard, reinforcing trust and consistency across every client touchpoint.

Smarter valuation bookings.

When a client books a valuation via online booking, their correspondence address will now pre-fill based on the property address they've entered, saving time and improving accuracy.

Proof of Funds email now sent to both agent and branch.

To keep everyone in the loop, when a buyer submits their proof of funds a confirmation email will now go to both the branch and the agent who accepted the offer.

More control over applicant follow-ups.

Automatic applicant follow-ups are no longer applied by default. Instead, you can configure follow-up rules directly within Branch Settings > Applicants > Follow-Up Settings.

Multi-branch task collaboration.

Agents can now assign tasks to colleagues in other branches, improving collaboration across your organisation.

Clear oversight in your Sales Agreed report.

A new “Show Completed” toggle has been added to the Sales Agreed report, making it easier to review and track progress on completed tasks.

Resend maintenance quotes to landlords.

You can now resend maintenance quotes to landlords directly from within the system, ensuring they never miss a decision-making opportunity.

Delete unrequired Right to Rent checks.

Agents now have the ability to remove outdated or unneeded Right to Rent checks, keeping your compliance records clean and up to date.

Never miss a valuation opportunity across branches.

When an applicant registers in one branch with a property to sell in another patch, the relevant branch now gets an automatic email alert, ensuring no instruction opportunity goes unnoticed.

Track the full sales journey, clearly. 

Sales chain updates now have an ''Exchanged" and “Completed” status option, making it easier to track real-time progress.

Easily spot block viewings in your calendar.

Block viewing availability is now clearly visible at a glance, so you can schedule more efficiently, helping you book viewings during the agreed window with ease. 

Reassign records when roles change.

Need to reassign properties, applicants, sales, maintenance jobs or tasks in bulk from one team member to another? Now you can bulk reassign in a click. 

More intuitive calendar sorting.

Staff and branches now appear alphabetically by first name and branch name in the calendar. Just make sure to hit “Save View” if you want to lock in your preferred layout.


Tenant statements at their fingertips.

Tenants can now view, download, and share statements for current and past tenancies directly from the app, cutting back on routine admin for your team.
